DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Shipping from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Dubai: Free delivery in Dubai.

Other Emirates: Delivery cost will be quoted based upon weight and size of item, please contact us before purchasing.

Rest of the world: We offer worldwide shipping (shipping costs will be quoted after purchase order). Orders are sent from our Dubai warehouse, DHL, Fedex or UPS. Please note that customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. Please contact us before purchasing.

For our local customers in Dubai and the rest of UAE, items will be dispatched in 2-3 days after order has been placed (only if the item is available in stock). If the item is 'Made to Order' then please contact us for more information.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.

We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 5-hour window of time in which to deliver and install your items.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have adequate approvals or permits for the delivery of your pieces, along with the correct space for the delivery of your items, inclusive of ensuring the product will fit through all necessary doors and lifts.
